Dr. Nasser, Thomas is absolutely great. As a United States Navy Veteran during OEF and OIF he is great with our Veterans so if you are one Care in the Community is the way to go with him and his beautiful staff. They are absolutely great and caring. They listen to your issues even how busy they are. Again they are really busy because of the Caliber of care they give so expect long waits but it is worth the wait. Love these guys and my issues are way more tolerable because of them. Thank these guys for everything they do for me.

It is important to note;
The Staff has A LOT to deal with. They have had AMAZING people come and go through the 18+ years that I have been with Dr T. Nasser. They keep the good ones. Others find that they don't want to stay. But ALL OF THEM have a Tremendous amount people that they encounter- every single day.  So try to remember that these people are putting themselves in harms way, every single day they go to work. Also keep im mind that these people are; Mothers/fathers/sisters/brothers..... Compassion always wins At Dr Nassers Clinique.

My experience was as follows, so I want to say thank you to the Check In Counter staff. Even though they were so busy they still kept an observant eye on the waiting room and took notice of my behavior and asked me if I needed help checking in, I did.I brought a book to read anticipating a long wait time to see the doctor, which didn't happen. Thank you to Dr. Nasser and his assistant. During my exam and at the last minute, I asked for an injection that wasn't on his To Do List and they gave it RIGHT THEN, RIGHT THERE. After my exam I stopped at the Appointment Desk and was taken care of by an angel. She showed to me genuine concern asking if I was ok because she saw I was rubbing my wrist at the injection site. She booked my routine telemed appointments for the next three months. Then took the time to help me use the borrowed cell phone I had and dial my ride home for me, I'll learn to use one someday. I heard about AVORS Medical  from a great friend of mine, who kept raving about this Dr. Nasser. I saw the difference in her from before and after Dr. Nasser and it was like night and day. I went and saw Dr. Nasser, within the first five minutes he had completely won me over. He actually encourages his patients to ask questions and he wants your feedback on what he has prescribed or ordered you to have done. The best thing is he actually remembers your medical history and problems from memory without looking at his paperwork or computer. Anyone who has to deal with doctors on a regular basis knows how rare that is and how comforting it is to not just be another face lost in the crowd. It is not just Dr. Nasser that is amazing, all the other doctors and every single staff member go above and beyond the normal  standard. I have also seen Dr. Pena, and he is great as well. He too listens and welcomes your questions and feedback. I have had to deal with more doctors than I can count but I have never seen the quality of doctors and staff members like I have at AVORS Medical. They are located at  42135 10th Street West, right next to the Social Security office. You will be more than happy and very satisfied with your experience there.

I have been seeing Dr. Thomas Nasser for 13 months, he is the best pain management Dr. I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient of,my doc, he is very special, he will go to any lengths to take care of you, His staff, all of them, are a very special group of young people, I say young people because they are all, extremely accommodating, every member of the AVORS staff, always have smiles on their faces, they go to great lengths to make sure that you are being cared for, from the rope at the front desk. to the young lady who asks you about your pain level, and how well your medicine is working, and rest assured that Dr. Nasser asks all the same questions, it's like there is no way way to miss something, the staff are extremely knowledgeable about pain medicine, and what works well with what, no stone goes uncovered, if these people don't have the answer they will get you the answer, quickly. I could go on and on, just 1 more example of how much Dr. Nasser cares, he talks to you not at you, Even during the worst of Covid, Dr. Nasser would put out his hand, shake your hands and smile, I came to Dr. Nasser, from a doctor, who was all about the money, not my Dr. Nasser, he's all about his patients, I have never seem him lose it with a patient, his smile truly warms the room. You be sure, your going to get the very best level of care, need him at night, just call, it might not be Nasser himself but the doctor cares just as much, he takes time with you, you never feel rushed, everyone in this group is splendid, the girls who make your appointments to the ones that call in your meds, rest assured you are in great hands, his impish smile, goes a long way with me, he puts so much time into the time, he, cares, really cares, he will go the extra 10 miles, he is just a true old fashioned Doctor, who lets you know he can be trusted, so give my doc a try,what do you have to lose, he's just awesome.

This is, by far, the Best Doctors office in all of Antelope Valley. The staff is thorough and helpful. Check-in has been made super easy, there's a computer monitor at the front door where you enter your name & it immediately checks you in. I see Dr. Thomas Nasser, who is absolutely Amazing! He is compassionate, thorough & Always helpful. I also see the Nurse Practitioner, Ramon Godoy, who is also compassionate, friendly & helpful.
