Dr. Pena ⛑is a great Physician, I relocated from NYC a year ago to Los Angeles CA, and recently purchased a home in Ridgecrest CA. Since, I arrived on the West coast it was a struggle to secure the quality of overall health care I was receiving in New York City for the past 55 years. That all changed when I found Avors medical group in Lancaster CA, The doctor are  extremely knowledgeable about new medical techniques,  treatments, and  holistic methods of care. Dr. Pena, patience and bedside manner is God spent, he's. A good listener and explains things plainly. He never seems rushed. Dr. Pena compassionate is a natural part of his gentle personality. Moreover, his office colleagues and supportive staff are outstanding, courteous and professional. Avors Medical group is providing me with the quality of care that I was receiving in New York City, and I can't be happier. The ones a month drive from Ridgecrest CA to Lancaster CA is more than worth the quality of care I am receiving from Avors. In addition, I have always been seen at my appointment time and they take care of all my insurance paperwork for and medical devices I need and my prescriptions are always sent to the pharmacy in a timely manner.  And if you have questions about your medications after picking them up from the pharmacy, you can call back and the nurse in that department will answer your questions, and will help you resolve any issues or concerns regarding medication.  Avors is a Gold Star Medical Group in my opinion based on experiences with Avors.

Dr. Pena is so very knowledgeable and he takes the time to talk with you and answer any questions and concerns that I may have. I have seen several Drs. for multiple reasons. I'm very pleased.
My main Dr. Is Dr. Nasser. I have seen him for at least 15 years. He is amazing...he truly cares. I feel AVORS is a wonderful place. The staff is very friendly.  I can't say enough good about the improvement in my pain. If I was unable to see Dr. Nasser, I would not be able to function!

The staff have always been very friendly, professional and helpful. I drive an hour and a half to get to the AVORS office and because of the great care I receive, I don't mind it at all, even with the increase in the cost of gas. I plan to continue being a patient there. I have been a regular patient of Dr. Thomas Nasser DO and now Dr. Orlando Pena.
